Quality warranty

A 10-year warranty for structural elements is incorporated into the individual agreement for the specific property. The agreement defines the structures, works and equipment covered, together with the applicable warranty terms, exclusions and claims procedure.

Warranty periods for finishing works, plumbing and heating equipment, and materials are determined according to the manufacturers’ specifications and guarantees (usually from 1 to 5 years). Engineering systems and finishing works performed by PNVTEAM are covered by warranty periods of 3 years and 1 year respectively.

All repair and landscaping works are carried out in strict compliance with the rules of the residential community:

No. You have the right to purchase a house in basic configuration and engage your own craftsmen. The main requirement is that your contractors comply with the current GREENBOR rules and, after joining, with the approved Statute of ОК «Грінбор».

Can the cost of finishing be included in the installment plan?

The possibility of adding the cost of decoration or additional options to the general installment schedule is discussed individually before signing the contract.

How long does a complete turnkey finish take?

On average, the finishing and engineering of a house with an area of 103.2 m² takes from 2 to 4 months, depending on the complexity of the design project.

Is it possible to order only a separate stage (for example, only the underfloor heating and the plot)?

Yes, you can order any individual works: engineering only, terrace construction only, or landscaping of the yard only.
