How to get to GREENBOR

The community is located in the village of Zelenyi Bir of the Hlevakha settlement community, Fastiv District, near Kyiv.

Address for the navigator: village of Zelenyi Bir, Doroshenka Street, 1 (entrance via Ivana Bohuna Street).

• By car: approximately 20–25 minutes from the Teremky metro station along the Odesa highway;
• Approach roads: fully asphalt-paved and illuminated road to the very entrance of the community;
• By public transport: suburban bus stop is located 60 metres from the main entrance.

Documents and legal transparency

We are open to inspections. The main general construction, land and town-planning documents are published in the appropriate section of the website.

Before signing the agreement you will receive a complete package of documents regarding the selected household:

• Extract from the State Land Cadastre for the land plot (with cadastral number);
• Technical passport of the real-estate object;
• Declaration of readiness of the object for operation / construction passport;
• Documents confirming the assignment of a postal address (if issued);
• Draft sale-and-purchase / installment agreement and payment schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Is it necessary to book a viewing in advance?

Yes. Because the territory is closed and guarded, a prior appointment allows us to arrange a meeting time with the manager and access to the buildings.

Can I view multiple properties in one visit?

Yes. You will be able to compare all available and vacant duplexes, townhouse units and lots that are for sale.

Can the documents be viewed directly at the meeting?

Yes, a sales specialist will provide copies of all required legal and technical documents for review.

What installment terms apply at the time of the visit?

An installment plan with a down payment from 40 % for a term of up to 12 months applies to the completed Phase 1 duplexes. An individual calculation is prepared directly during the meeting.
