GREENBOR presents the buyer’s total acquisition budget, not merely the property price.

1. Home and land plot

A property price is shown only for a specific home that is legally available for sale. It covers the home and its land plot as defined by the title documents.

2. Targeted infrastructure contribution

The final targeted contribution is USD 6,000 in the UAH equivalent. It is paid separately to the GREENBOR cooperative account after membership is established. It is not part of the home or land price and is used according to the approved infrastructure budget.

3. Total acquisition budget

On a home page, the total acquisition budget equals the home-and-land price plus the USD 6,000 contribution. Notarial, registration and statutory tax costs are stated and paid separately.

Prices and statuses have an “updated on” date. No price, deposit or payment schedule is published for a home that is not legally available for sale.
