Phase 1 townhouse
Five residential units of the townhouse are being built in Phase 1 of GREENBOR on Ivana Bohuna Street:
- Ivana Bohuna Street, 2-А;
- Ivana Bohuna Street, 2-Б;
- Ivana Bohuna Street, 2-В;
- Ivana Bohuna Street, 2-Г;
- Ivana Bohuna Street, 2-Д.
Each unit is an independent household with its own entrance, a private land plot with a cadastral number, a cosy backyard and connection of all utilities to the community networks.
Current project parameters, plot areas, graphic layouts and specifications of each unit are indicated in the card of the corresponding object.
Current construction status
The Phase 1 townhouse is under construction. The main structural work has been completed, and roofing and subsequent construction work are continuing.
Until legal readiness only in-person viewing of construction progress and unit locations is available. Sale, paid reservation, purchase agreements and acceptance of funds are not available.
What you can verify during a viewing
The viewing is for information only. During a visit you may:
- see the actual condition and progress of construction work;
- assess the locations of units, private yards and common areas;
- review project layouts and planned engineering solutions;
- ask about subsequent stages and legal readiness.
A viewing does not create priority or fix a unit, land plot, price, specification or timeline. A free Reservation Agreement may be concluded separately if desired.
Own plot of land and private yard
As with the completed duplexes, each unit of the townhouse is sold together with a separate legally registered land plot with a cadastral number.
The main entrance is oriented towards the inner space of the community, and the private recreation area is located on the side of the backyard.
In the private backyard, after the construction is completed, you can arrange:
- open or covered summer terrace;
- lawn, flower beds and automatic irrigation;
- recreation area with barbecue;
- carport (near the entrance group or parking space).
Additional decoration of the territory and execution of finishing works are ordered according to a separate estimate.
Open space in front of façades
The overall concept of GREENBOR is based on a harmonious combination of privacy and an open friendly environment.
The general outer perimeter of the community is closed to outsiders, but the inner space in front of the entrance groups of the townhouse remains open.
Community rules do not provide for arbitrary installation of:
- fences, solid fences and partitions between façades;
- personal gates, pedestrian gates or barriers in the common area;
- any structures that prevent free passage or access to utility networks.
