Purpose of the Reservation Agreement
The parties execute a written Reservation Agreement that explicitly confirms the reservation is entirely free of charge. It records the buyer’s interest and grants priority notification rights as soon as the relevant property is commissioned and becomes legally ready for sale.
- Recorded interest: a buyer may identify a specific townhouse unit or state preferred property criteria;
- Priority notification: the buyer receives direct notification once the property achieves full legal readiness;
- Recorded preferences: the agreement may note preferred floor area, configuration, plot location, expected timeframe, and optional finishing features;
- No financial commitment: no buyer funds are accepted, no final price is fixed, and no legal obligation to buy or sell is created.
Properties Covered by Free Reservation
Phase 1 Townhouse Units
One Phase 1 townhouse building comprising five residential units — 2-А, 2-Б, 2-В, 2-Г, and 2-Д — is currently under construction. Viewings of construction progress are available. Sale, paid reservation, price fixing, and acceptance of buyer funds will not begin until the building is legally ready for sale.
Phase 2 Properties
Phase 2 properties located on Petra Doroshenka Street are currently at the design stage. Active sale and installment arrangements are not available for Phase 2. Prospective buyers with a valid Reservation Agreement receive priority notification once the first relevant Phase 2 property has been completed, commissioned, and becomes legally ready for sale.

Preferences That May Be Recorded
The Reservation Agreement allows prospective buyers to formally document their project preferences, including:

Documenting these preferences does not guarantee the final home configuration, does not reserve or transfer ownership of a land plot, does not fix the final purchase price, does not oblige either party to proceed, and does not constitute a preliminary sale and purchase agreement.

- Record interest or preferences: select a specific townhouse unit or outline desired specifications.
- Sign the Reservation Agreement: execute the written agreement confirming that the reservation is free and non-binding.
- Await legal readiness: receive priority notification as soon as the property is commissioned and ready for transfer.
- Review final transaction terms: upon legal readiness, the parties may discuss and enter into a sale and purchase agreement by mutual consent.
