In one section, a sequential photochronology of buildings, land plots, common territory and engineering infrastructure is collected. The date of each photo is stored in its caption.
Photos reflect the condition at the time of taking. Current readiness, price, equipment and status of documents of a particular house are indicated in its card.
What the photochronology of the first stage shows
- finished houses of the first phase;
- objects on which construction work continues;
- facades and internal condition of buildings;
- land plots;
- internal road, gate, gate and access systems;
- engineering networks;
- current state of the shared area.
Actual condition and design materials
The gallery is based on actual photos from 2025 and 2026. If project plans or renderings are shown with them, such materials must be evaluated separately from the actual photos.
Actual photos take priority when evaluating a finished home.
Current status of objects
The photo gallery does not replace the real estate directory. The condition of the object may change over time after shooting.

No. They show the state as of the shooting date. Current information should be checked in the house card or during an in-person viewing.
Are all the houses in the photos already sold?
Optional. Some of the objects may be ready, some may be at the stage of construction or preparation.
