In the completed project of the GREENBOR residential quarter, a common gazebo with a barbecue area is provided for residents to relax.

This will be a place for socializing with neighbors, family outdoor recreation, and small get-togethers. The zone is part of the future beautification of the quarter and is not yet built.

A resting place for the residents of GREENBOR

GREENBOR is designed not only as a group of private houses, but as a residential neighbourhood with shared interior space and infrastructure for 20 households.

The gazebo and barbecue area should complement the residents' private yards with a common place where it will be possible to:

  • relax in the fresh air;
  • communicate with neighbors;
  • hold small family gatherings;
  • organize joint activities of residents;
  • use the outdoor cooking area.

At the same time, this area will not replace private yards near houses. Each household will have its own plot of land, and the gazebo will be an additional common space.

Location within the block

A recreation area is provided by the general concept of GREENBOR next to the residential and walking parts of the territory.

Its location can be seen on the block presentation plan. The diagram helps to understand the relative placement of the houses, the road and future landscaping, but is not a working drawing to determine exact dimensions or distances.

The gazebo is not built yet

The published image is a project rendering. It shows the general idea of ​​the future space, but does not fix the final appearance of the object.

During implementation, the following may be specified:

  • gazebo construction and materials;
  • site coverage;
  • placement of furniture;
  • landscaping;
  • lighting;
  • barbecue area equipment;
  • safe use rules.

The construction period is not set on this page. The implementation will take place in a separate stage within the further development of GREENBOR.

What is already in the territory

While the recreation area remains scheduled, GREENBOR's first stage is already working:

  • main entrance with automatic gate;
  • pedestrian gate;
  • GSM control and access through a mobile application;
  • video surveillance;
  • two wells;
  • optical Internet;
  • garbage site;
  • paved and lighted exterior driveway.

The internal road, lighting of the first line and other landscaping elements are being installed in stages.

Other planned landscaping areas

In addition to the gazebo and barbecue area, the completed GREENBOR concept includes:

  • walking track;
  • playground;
  • an area for physical exercises;
  • guest parking on the street side;
  • shelter for residents of the quarter;
  • landscaping of the common area.

These objects will be implemented in stages and should not be taken as ready just because they are marked on the plan or present in the 3D rendering.

Who will use the recreation area

Once completed, the Gazebo will be a shared facility for the residents of the 20 GREENBOR tenements.

The use of the area must combine the right of residents to rest with respect for neighbors. Therefore, after entering the object, rules can be approved regarding:

  • time of use;
  • keeping quiet;
  • fire safety;
  • cleaning after rest;
  • use of equipment;
  • holding joint events.

Gazebo and common area maintenance

the Greenbor Cooperative is created to manage the common infrastructure.

After the state registration of the Cooperative, the completion of the object and registration of its transfer, the rules of use and maintenance procedure will be determined by the owners of the houses.

Zone maintenance costs may include:

  • territory cleaning;
  • lighting;
  • landscaping care;
  • ongoing repair of structures and furniture;
  • maintenance of common equipment;
  • restoring damaged items.

The actual costs of shared services will be approved based on the estimate and will be distributed among the 20 households according to the rules of the Cooperative.
