Section of the triplex at the 1-К Petro Doroshenko Street is a second phase project presented as a future-development concept. The area of the house is 103.2 m², the area of a separate plot of land is 186 m².
Section 1-К combines the blockhouse format with the largest lot in the triplex group.

House and layout
The area of the house is 103.2 m². There are 2 floors, 3 living rooms and 2 bathrooms. The area of the kitchen-living room is 21 m², the living area is 57.70 m². The planning is designed for permanent residence of the family and separates the common daytime and private living areas.
For the standard section, an attic of about 47 m² with a wooden floor is provided. It can be used for storage or furnished within the technical capabilities of a particular house.
Structures and materials
The project of the house foresees solutions laid down for GREENBOR houses:
- reinforced concrete strip foundation with a depth of 1.2 m and a reinforced concrete slab;
- external walls made of StoneLight D500 gas block with a thickness of 375 mm;
- internal brick walls;
- reinforced concrete slabs of the first floor;
- wooden beams of the upper floor;
- metal profiled roof;
- facade decoration with clinker tiles;
- gravity ventilation and individual grounding;
The construction work in GREENBOR is carried out by a team Construction Group PNV. Quality control is carried out by the team Construction Audit by order of the project owners.
Electricity, water and other communications
Individually accounted connections to GREENBOR engineering systems are provided for homeowners:
- up to 15 kW of three-phase electric power;
- separate electric meter and accounting through ASKOE;
- a separate pipe for household water supply;
- control meter in the technical room and the meter in the house;
- a separate technical water line for the land plot;
- connection to the intra-quarter drainage system;
- a separate rainwater and meltwater drainage system;
- optical connection to the Internet.
GREENBOR gasification is not provided. Heating is organized on an electric basis according to the configuration of the house. The actual composition of the equipment and the readiness of connections will be recorded in the card and documents of the specific object.
Separate plot of land
The plot of 186 m² is the largest of the three sections of the triplex and gives more space for a private yard.
Land cadastral number: 3221484000:06:018:0593. Additional arrangement of the private territory — terrace, paving, lawn, landscaping, self-watering or canopy — is agreed upon separately.
House in GREENBOR compound
The second phase is part of the completed 20 home GREENBOR concept. Along with its development, a second entrance and gate, a third well, road extension and lighting, perimeter video surveillance, guest parking and shared recreational areas are planned. These elements will be introduced gradually.
