The completed GREENBOR project includes a lighted walkway that will form a 200-meter enclosed route within the residential area.

The route will pass under the trees and the common area, behind the townhouses, through the future gazebo and playground, and further along the central road of the block. Here you can walk, run or go out with a baby carriage without leaving the territory of GREENBOR.

Closed route 200 meters long

The walking path is designed as part of a single internal route. Its full circle will be 200 meters long.

The route will connect:

• central internal road;
• area behind townhouses;
• a plot under trees;
• future gazebo and recreation area;
• future playground;
• other common parts of the residential neighbourhood.

A separate section of walkway will run between the two townhouses and provide a convenient transition between the central and rear areas of the property.

Walks without going outside the block

The route will allow residents to spend more time in the fresh air without having to go outside.

The track is suitable for:

• daily morning and evening walks;
• walking with a baby carriage;
• leisurely family vacation;
• run through the territory of the block;
• children's walks accompanied by adults;
• transition between residential and recreational parts of GREENBOR.

The closed form of the route will make it possible to repeat laps and independently choose the duration of the walk or training.

Route under the trees and along the common area

Part of the path will pass behind the townhouses, where the route will be separated from the main traffic by the internal structure of the block.

The area under the trees will create a more shaded space for walking in the warm season. Further landscaping, path covering and other landscaping elements will be specified during the implementation of the corresponding stage.

Next to the future gazebo and playground

The walking route will pass through the recreational part of GREENBOR, where the completed project includes:

• gazebo;
• barbecue area;
• playground;
• exercise area;
• landscaping of the common area.

Such a location will allow you to combine a walk with a rest, a stay at the playground or a meeting with the neighbors.

Route lighting

The walkway is lit so that it can be used in the evening.

Lighting will be part of the common infrastructure of the quarter. Its electricity consumption will be accounted for separately from private houses along with other shared GREENBOR systems.

The type of lights, their number and exact location will be determined during the final design and arrangement of the route.

The track has not been built yet

The walking path is part of the completed GREENBOR concept, but is not yet operational.

The published image is a project rendering. During implementation, the following may be specified:

• width and configuration of individual areas;
• coverage type;
• landscaping along the route;
• location of lighting;
• places of transitions and junctions;
• connection with future recreation areas.

The expiration date is not set on this page. The facility will be implemented in a separate phase along with further development of the quarter.

Which is already working in GREENBOR

While the walkway remains planned, the first stage is already working:

• main entrance with automatic gate;
• separate pedestrian gate;
• GSM control and access through a mobile application;
• video surveillance;
• two wells;
• individual electricity and water accounting;
• optical Internet;
• garbage site;
• paved and lighted exterior driveway.

The internal road, the lighting of the first line and other parts of the common improvement are arranged in stages.

Sharing and Retention

Once completed, the walking path will be shared by the residents of the 20 GREENBOR tenements.

the Greenbor Cooperative is created for infrastructure management. After the state registration of the Cooperative, the completion of the path and the registration of the transfer of common objects, he will organize its maintenance.

Expenses may include:

• electricity for lighting;
• cleaning;
• winter snow removal;
• care for adjacent landscaping;
• current pavement repair;
• lamp maintenance.

Actual costs will be approved based on the estimate and will be distributed among the 20 households according to the rules of the Cooperative.
